Aggie Family,

To reach the ambitious goals we have set for the Baltimore MD Alumni Chapter, our operational approach has to evolve. We are officially retiring the traditional "social club" meeting format.

This Saturday, October 3, we are hosting our Inaugural Chapter Fall Summit 2K26.

This is a corporate-style, hybrid working session designed to architect the strategic future of our chapter. We are calling all active members, committee chairs, friends/supporters of the chapter, and executive leadership to the table. If you want a voice in our Q4 operations and 2027 initiatives, this is the room you need to be in.

The Working Agenda

State of the Chapter: The Chapter President will provide a in-depth overview of just how far the chapter has come in 3 years from Jan. 2023 to now, what has been tested, the trials, and the importance of carrying the torch as he closes out his final term.
Chapter Initiatives: We will go over all large chapter initiatives including The Black Farmers Initiative, Chapter Apparel Design Team, TA Supplemental Pipeline, Charm City Aggies Connection, The Baltimore 100 - Student Athlete Support and Technology Infrastructure & Chapter Mobile App.
Tech Infrastructure Workshop: A hands-on training sprint walking members through our enterprise tooling ecosystem. Bring your laptops as we sync our workflows across Slack, Zapier, Kit.com, Instagram, & Facebook.
The 2027 Executive Succession Pipeline: We are officially launching our leadership incubator. Members seeking election during the May 2027 cycle will learn how to shadow current board officers beginning in November.
